Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you receive from us! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

​

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

​

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

​

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@footprintmalta.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

​

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund right away.

​

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

​

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to swap an item, we recommend returning it and placing a new order.
